All of our chalet rentals, cabin rentals, and condo rentals have fully equipped kitchens plus all towels, linens and fire wood are provided free of charge. Amenities: 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath A-frame on Ski Mountain Rd. close to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort with 3 Queen beds, 1 full size bed, sleeper sofa, 2 single futon sofa's, sleeps 12. All beds, futons, & most furniture are new in 2008, outdoor hot tub, pool table, wood burning fireplace, large full kitchen, 5 tv's with cable, wireless internet, 3 ipod docks, 2 hairdryers, wooded view, washer/dryer, 4 decks, just 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. This chalet can be rented with #18 Brookhaven for a family reunion. This is a non smoking chalet. Also swimming and tennis court access during season.
Description of Chalet:
We always have a 2 night minimum. On holidays a 3 night minimum and a 4 night minimum on Thanksgiving weekend with a Wednesday arrival.
