RESERVATIONS - To hold your reservation, one night's rent is due one week from date reservation is made. Balance is due upon arrival, sorry no checks.
SORRY, NO CHECKS PLEASE! PLEASE USE U.S. CASH, U.S. TRAVELERS CHECKS, MASTER CARD OR VISA ONLY.
Two weeks cancellation notice required for refund on 1 to 3 bedroom units, 30 day notice on larger (4 br and up)units. NO DEPOSIT RETURNED UNLESS PROPER NOTICE IS GIVEN. 10% CHARGE ON ALL REFUNDS -- 90% OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS.
Chains or 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
FRONT OFFICE - Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, except Wednesdays And Sundays when we close at 5:00 p.m. The only holidays our office Is closed are Thanksgiving Day, November (last Thursday of the Month) and Christmas Day, December 25.
 NO PETS ALLOWED.
